TargetCompress provides client-side file compression, resizing, and format conversion utilities free of charge. You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of any files, images, or documents you process. Because file processing occurs in your browser memory, TargetCompress claims zero rights or ownership over your content.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

TargetCompress is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without express or implied warranties. While our mathematical algorithms strive to hit exact target file sizes, operating system file system differences, metadata encodings, or corrupt source files may occasionally yield slight variations. Users are encouraged to verify converted files prior to critical legal or governmental submissions.

4. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall TargetCompress, its creators, or contributors be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
