By accessing or using TargetCompress (targetcompress.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Permitted Use

TargetCompress is provided free of charge for personal and commercial file compression and document conversion. Because processing runs locally on your browser hardware via WebAssembly, you are responsible for ensuring your machine possesses adequate memory and processing capabilities for extremely large media files.

3. Intellectual Property and Content

You retain 100% ownership and copyright over any media files, images, PDFs, or documents you process. TargetCompress never claims rights, stores, or accesses your content.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. While our target-size calculation algorithms aim for extreme precision, variations in codec headers and container packaging may cause minor differences in final byte counts.
